Wales maintains veto of Giggs for domestic violence

Ryan Giggs will not coach the Wales national team in his next three international commitments, after he was accused of domestic violence last November.

The former Manchester United player has already missed the national team matches of the November break and will not be in those of this month of March, having reached a mutual agreement.

Robert Page will be Giggs’ second coach, who will lead the “Red Dragons” against Belgium, the Czech Republic and Mexico.

Giggs, who was arrested in November after a fight with his partner, denied all allegations and said he was cooperating with the police and assisting with their investigations.
