The RACC bets on the 2021 season of the Volant RACC / MAVISA 2021 Trophy. After a complicated year due to the pandemic by the Covid-19For this year, the Catalan entity presented the regulations for what will be the 43rd edition of the contest.
There will be no important news for this year, keeping the same format of the last editions with mixed championship of asphalt and gravel tests and junior category for pilots born after January 1, 1996.
The car will continue to be the competitive Peugeot 208 1.2 PureTech VR, as well as the important prizes for race, final prizes and the scholarship that will be awarded to the winner of the Junior classification, as long as, in the criteria of the committee, it has met the expected expectations. .
Seven races are planned on this season’s calendar, four on asphalt and three on gravel plus a reserve race, a formula that allows drivers to be closely monitored to see how they perform on both surfaces that are the most common in the race. World Rally Championship, as well as most of the most important international events where they can continue with their career.

The prizes will once again be similar to previous years, the following amounts being distributed for each of the tests: € 1 800, € 2 600, € 3 500, € 4 300, € 5 200, € 6 100. Junior Drivers: 1st € 400, 2nd € 200, 3rd € 100. Final prizes: 1st € 4,000, 2nd € 2,000, 3rd € 1,000. Junior Pilot: 1st € 2,000.
