The popular couple Emilio and Gloria Estefan have put the Shore Park Hotel in Miami Beach up for sale for 45 million dollars, a Mediterranean-style building (Mediterranean Revival) of mixed commercial use, according to real estate firm Douglas Elliman.
The Estefans’ property, who became known in the late 1970s with their band Miami Sound Machine, was built in 1930.
Located on the beachfront, on Ocean Drive, the emblematic street of South Beach recognizable by the art deco style of its hotels and buildings, the building It housed the Larios on the Beach restaurant for years.
