Slavia players don’t kneel at the Emirates

Some English teams that do not play in the Premier League have stopped kneeling before matches, but the image seen today at Arsenal-Slavia Prague never ceases to amaze.

Before the start of the Europa League quarter-final first leg at the Emirates Stadium, both Arsenal players and Swedish referee Andreas Ekberg knelt.

However, Slavia Prague did not endorse the protest against racist discrimination and their players stood waiting for the ball to be put into play.
