Sergio Pellicer: ‘We are going to find an injured opponent’

The coach of the Malaga, Sergio Pellicer, said this Saturday that on Sunday in Lugo, on the thirty-third day of LaLiga SamartBank, they go “to find an injured rival” after the heavy defeat suffered by the Galician team last Thursday against Las Palmas (6-1).

“He had casualties, injuries and an accident,” said the Castellón coach at a press conference, who praised the game of the Lugo team in their stadium because “in the Anxo Carro they play well”, remembering that of the 36 points that count in the classification “25 have added them as local”.

The coach pointed out that he knows the difficulty they will have to score against Lugo, because Malaga arrives at this appointment after “an unwanted match”, with the defeat at La Rosaleda against Almería (0-3), a match which he pointed out that “There were positive things and also mistakes.”

Lugo is going to recover players for this game, so Pellicer pointed out that “it will be tremendously difficult”, also adding it to the fact that in the thirty points that remain to be played in the championship “all teams play a lot”.

“We want to win to get excited and to achieve the goal as soon as possible,” added the Malaguista coach about ensuring permanence in the category.
