Sergio García in search of ‘a good bike’ to focus ‘on riding’

The Spanish Sergio García Dols (Gasgas), second in the provisional classification of the Moto3 World Championship, highlights before the dispute of the Italian Grand Prix that the objective in Mugello is to get a motorcycle with which he feels comfortable and be able to “focus on the pilotage”.

“We entered a new week of racing and we have been training very hard to continue on the French line, where the Le Mans race was very good, it was in mixed and difficult conditions, but we climbed to the top of the podium”, recalls García Dols.

“I’m very motivated and wanting to get back on the bike,” said the Aspar team rider, second in the points table behind Pedro Acosta.

His teammate, Izan Guevara, remembers that he arrives at “an unknown track”, in which they are going to work “from the beginning” focusing “on getting a good rhythm for Sunday’s race, which will surely be in a group”.

“The important thing will be to learn the circuit well and the line already on Friday. I want to compete there and, above all, to return home with a good result,” Izan Guevara highlighted in the team press release.
