The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bayern Munich, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, ruled out the departure of the Bavarian team coach at the end of this season, Hansi flick, whose name is considered as one of the possible successors of Joachim Löw at the head of the selection national.
In statements to the Sunday “Welt am Sonntag”, Rummenigge said, referring to the permanence of Flick in the club, that “this has nothing to do with probability” and that “it is a fact”.
“I have communicated this clearly to Hansi and he has accepted it professionally,” says Rummenigge.
“We do well to carry out what we contractually agreed to. That I have communicated it clearly to Hansi“said Rummenigge, who said Flick received his words” in a professional manner. “
At the same time, he assured that his relationship with the Bayern coach, who has contract until 2023, is “good and relaxed”.
On the 9th, the German Football Federation (DFB) announced that Löw will leave his position leading the national team after next summer’s Eurocup.
