The two young men arrested in Seville for his alleged participation in the sexual abuse of a foreign student during an illegal party at a villa in Colmenarejo (Madrid) have been provisionally released on charges and will be investigated for sexual abuse.
As reported by judicial sources to Efe, Carlos M.P. and Alberto M.G. They appeared last Wednesday before the Court of First Instance and Instruction number 3 of Sanlúcar la Mayor (Seville), but they availed themselves of their right not to testify.
After the hearing, the judge released them provisionally with sexual abuse charges and made them available to Court number 4 of San Lorenzo del Escorial (Madrid) that directs the investigation.
Last Tuesday, the Civil Guard arrested these two young men and Carlos A., a contestant on the television program ‘The island of temptations’ and arrested in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, as alleged perpetrators of a sexual abuse to a foreign student.
At the time of arrest, Carlos A. he was enjoying a leisure trip with several friends.
The events occurred in the municipality of Colmenarejo, about 40 kilometers northeast of Madrid, last Saturday, February 13, during the course of an illegal party in a chalet.
The house, which is a villa and has seven beds and four bathrooms, is located in a private urbanization and the owner told Efe that it was rented to sell a high-end car.
However, on February 13, between ten and eleven o’clock at night, the owner began to see many cars parked through the installed security cameras.
For this reason, he spoke with the guards of the urbanization and together they notified the Civil Guard to report that an illegal party was taking place without your consent.
At that time, the agents of the armed institute evicted the celebration, in which members of the aforementioned television program allegedly participated, which consists of testing the couple’s relationships.
One day after this illegal party, a foreign student denounced the sexual abuse in the barracks of the Civil Guard from Colmenar Viejo (Madrid).
The young woman stated that she had suffered sexual abuse by several men without her consent, also suspecting that they had drugged her with some type of substance to achieve their objective and that her cognitive and volitional capacities had been diminished.
