Real Madrid ends a week of intense training

Real Madrid ended the first training session yesterday to prepare for the match on August 7 against Manchester City at Etihad. After the return of the free week that Zidane gave them and pass the first tests of the coronavirus, the squad began training with the only absence of Mariano, who tested positive on COVID-19 and is at home at forty.

Real Madrid has made five sessions of very intense and physically loaded work. The squad practiced control, passing, precision and possession of the ball, and performed exercises of elasticity and strength in those five sessions.

To end the week, players dstaged a short timed match at Ciudad Real Madrid with the new shirts for the 2020/21 season. A match in whiche Zidane gave clues for the game against Manchester City. Everything indicates that he will bet on a trident formed by Asensio, Benzema and Hazard and Mendy will be a starter on the left side.

Bale and Isco, up to three training sessions have been missed with discomfort but it seems that his presence against Manchester City is not in danger.
