The belgian Thierry Neuville (Hyundai i20) leads the Rally Croatia, third round of the World Championship, after the eight stages of the first stage were disputed, in which the leader of the championship, the Finn Kalle Rovanpera (Toyota Yaris), had to leave as soon as he started.

The belgian he took the lead from the first stage and finished the day on top after winning two more stages. Ogier rallied to second place and managed to finish the day 7.7 seconds behind Neuville and after winning the last three stages.
The until now leader of the World Cup, Kalle Rovanpera, 20, was only able to cover 5.4 of the almost seven kilometers of the first short stage. Got off the road and ended up with seriously damaged car among the trees on a hillside. Pilot and copilot were unharmed.
