Midfielder French Nuke Mfulu, former Elche player, has said goodbye to the Elche organization this Friday through a message on social networks in which he claims to be happy for having participated in the promotion and permanence of the team in the First Division.
The player, who came to the entity two seasons ago, had just finished his contract with the entity on June 30 and the sports management did not show interest in prolonging its continuity.
“I am the happiest to leave this club with two goals achieved: the promotion, after a particularly difficult year, and a stay until the last moment. Two historical moments ”, comments the footballer.
Mfulu adds that he did everything he could to defend the colors of the club every minute he was on the pitch and admitted that he would have liked to share the First Division with the fans on the pitch “but that’s how football is”.
The playedr was grateful to Nico Rodríguez, sports director responsible for his signing, for giving him the opportunity to join a club that “will remain engraved in my heart forever”, as well as all the teammates and workers of the entity.
Mfulu, 27, leaves Elche after having played 38 games, 20 as a starter, in the two seasons in which he has played for the Elche team.
