Manchester City-Chelsea, in the FA Cup semi-finals

Pep Guardiola already knows his rival in the semifinals of the prestigious FA Cup. Today’s draw has matched Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea and the match will be played on April 17 or 18 at Wembley.

It will be the first time in just a week that the ‘citizens’, aspiring to win all four titles this season, visit the legendary London stadium, since on April 25 they will face José Mourinho’s Tottenham in the Cup final of the league.

In addition to being alive in the two English cup competitions after eliminating Everton (0-2) on Saturday, City have the Premier on track by leading by 14 points ahead of their eternal rival Manchester United and in the Champions League they will be measured in quarter-finals against Erling Haaland’s Borussia Dortmund.

Chelsea, City’s rival in the FA Cup semifinals, beat Sheffield United (2-0) today and are going through a good time as they have not lost in the 14 games they have played since Thomas Tuchel relieved Frank Lampard in his bench. The ‘blues’ are fourth in the Premier and in the Champions League they will face Porto after eliminating Atlético in the second round.

Southampton vs. Leicester or Manchester United

The other semi-final of the FA Cup, also at Wembley, will face Southampton, yesterday’s executioner (0-3) of Bournemouth (Second Division), against the winner of the tie between Manchester United and Leicester. The final will be played on May 25 at Wembley.
