The popular and veteran presenter Carlos Sobera (60 years old) lives a sweet moment at a professional level when conducting programs of great audience success such as: ‘Survivors: no man’s land’, ‘The right price’ and ‘First Dates’. This has meant higher earnings, so the Basque has decided to expand its real estate assets.
In this case, Carlos Sobera has acquired two exclusive properties in Madrid’s Paseo de la Castellana for those who has disbursed 1.8 million euros for each one, according to the newspaper La Razón. And it is that these two properties total more than 600 square meters.
In addition to these two properties, the Basque communicator and his wife Patricia Santamarina acquired in May 2011 a land of 3,000 square meters in the north of Madrid. A property that after a few years has been revalued ostensibly, although the truth is that the couple has no plans to get rid of it, since here they find peace and tranquility.
Carlos Sober and his wife also disbursed seven million euros through the Arequipa Producciones company for the Reina Victoria theater, although when declaring difficulties in facing the mortgage in 2016 he decided to get rid of it.
Arequipa Producciones has an asset of 3.4 million euros according to 2019 data, although this is not the only company owned by Sobera and his wife, since they also manage Producciones Cinco y Acción S.L. with almost 5 million euros, according to the aforementioned medium.
