Cádiz, with a goal by Marcos Mauro in the 88th minute, beat Valencia 2-1 in a convulsive and controversial match, marked by the complaint of a racist insult to the French Mouctar Diakhaby made by the club that kept it 25 minutes interrupted when the Valencianists leave the field and then return.
The Valencian team, after a discussion between the local Juan Cala and Diakhaby, decided to leave the field in the 29th minute, although later they returned when all of Valencia decided so and at the request of the French central himself, who, however, did not return to the field and he was replaced by Hugo Guillamón.
Cádiz scored the winning goal in the final stretch through Argentine central Marcos Mauro, who had joined the attack, heading a good cross from Iván Alejo.
Earlier, in that rough first half, Cádiz went ahead with a header from Juan Cala (m.13), although five minutes later Valencia tied with a goal from Frenchman Kevin Gameiro, after picking up a magnificent pass from Portuguese Gonçalo Guedes.
