Lion he played against Real Sociedad (1-1) one hundred games in First Division, although he does so in one of his worst moments in his professional career after having scored just one goal in the last two seasons in LaLiga.

The Andalusian attacker took the field in the 88th minute of the game to replace his teammate Borja Mayoral and thus reached one hundred games played in the highest category after having passed through Osasuna, Real
Betis and now Levante.

Sergio León arrived at Levante last summer, in exchange for about four million euros, from the Betic club, but the player from Palma del Río has only been able to score a goal.

He did it on August 31, 2019 against Real Valladolid (2-0), although he also scored in the Copa del Rey against Melilla and Real Jaén.

Holder in the first two days, then he has only been a starter three times

The Andalusian player was a starter in the first two days of LaLiga, against Alavés and Villarreal, but then he has only played three other games since the beginning and the most recent was against Atlético de Madrid on June 23.

Sergio León barely accumulates 583 minutes played in 20 participations this year in LaLiga and is, by far, the striker of the squad less used by coach Paco López. Despite everything, there is no change of scenery.

The Andalusian player played 33 games in the 2016-17 season with Osasuna in First, with ten goals, the following year he played 31 with Real Betis and scored eleven goals, while last season he participated in 16 games with the Betico table without achieving mark.
