Benzema’s response to the trial on his alleged complicity in blackmail

Karim Benzema will have to go to France next October to be tried for alleged complicity in the blackmail of Mathieu Valbuena with a sex tape. The trial will take place in the court of Versailles and, if Benzema is found guilty, he could be sentenced to up to five years in prison and a fine of 75,000 euros.

Benzema has responded through Instagram to that judgment. In a story, the Real Madrid striker has put a photo with the headline on the trial and his response was “Finally, let’s go, the farce is over forever …”
