Aulas gets angry with L’Equipe

The president of Olympique de Lyon, Jean-Michel Aulas, expressed his anger with the daily L’Equipe for not having dedicated the main theme of its cover to the victory of Olympique de Lyon in the Women’s Champions League.

Aulas used Twitter to show its dissatisfaction: “Really absurd and a bit too much marketing (the Tour is L’Equipe) that L’Equipe does not make the 1 of its newspaper with this immense success of Olympique de Lyon in the Champions League: not really it is gratifying for L’Equipe ”.

Olympique de Lyon were proclaimed European champions for the seventh time in their history, fifth in a row. The front page of the French newspaper was dedicated to Julian Alaphilippe, winner of the second stage of the Tour de France and a yellow jersey.
