Ander Herrera: ‘I don’t believe that the rich steal what the people created’

Ander Herrera has been the first active player of one of the great European clubs, in this case the PSG, in positioning himself against the Super League. In a letter disseminated via Twitter, the midfielder alludes precisely to what he experienced as a fan of the club from which he left, the Real Zaragoza, to explain the reasons for their rejection of this competition.

“I fell in love with popular football, with the football of the fans, with the dream of seeing the team of my heart compete with the greatest. Nap European Super League move on, those dreams are over. The illusions of the fans of the teams that are not giants of being able to win on the field to compete in the best competitions are over.

I love football and I can’t keep quiet about this. I believe in a Champions League improved, but not in that the rich steal what the people created, which is nothing other than the most beautiful sport on the planet.
